Baker Hughes Sand Handling Facility, Shreveport, Louisiana
Baker Hughes recently had a sand handling facility built in Shreveport, Louisiana. The facility was constructed by Crossland Construction out of Columbus, Kansas using the MevaLite formwork system. Crossland utilized the Houston Engineering Department for the project drawings and was pleased with the timeliness and quality of the construction drawings.
This was a joint effort between our Houston Engineering department and our Baton Rouge and Shreveport locations. Nolan Smith (Houston Engineering) took the lead on the construction drawings, while Cade Cawthorn (41-Rental Manager) ensured all forms were delivered to the jobsite. Lastly, Randy Claiborne (44) and the entire Shreveport branch handled the daily construction product needs of the customer.
Thank you to Nolan Smith, the Houston Engineering Department, Cade Cawthorn and the Shreveport location for working together to make this a successful project.
