Amarillo, Texas

Our branch in Amarillo, Texas is supplying materials for the renovation of the Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport.  The renovations include updating the existing terminal, concourse demolition, renovation of ticketing area and the creation of a corridor from baggage claim to the new “meet and greet” area.

The branch secured the typical products on an airport project including rebar, dowel baskets, dowels, cure, trench drain, expansion joint and mesh.  However, it went beyond the regular bid package and sold Soff-Cut saws, paving equipment, paving forms, and safety materials for the entire job.

Western Builders is the contractor on the job that began in April 2009 and is scheduled for completion in 2011.
