Jefferson Parish, Louisiana

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Jefferson Parish, LA, initiated the “Submerged Roads Initiative” to repair and replace street panels throughout the parish that suffered water and drainage problems during the storm.  Starting in late 2012 multiple contracts were awarded for repairs to the East and West Banks of the parish.

Since March 2013, John Humbrecht (43) has worked with Three C’s Construction selling them materials including dowel baskets, redwood, sheet mesh, loose dowels, curing compound, bonding agent, metal centerstrip, epoxy, wood stakes, rebar, fiber expansion, and joint sealant.

We would like to thank John Humbrecht and Gary Starns for this information their hard work.
