On Thursday, February 16^th, our branch in Texas City, Texas started off a two-day sales event starting with a sales blitz. Six teams went out and generated incredibly well qualified leads for contractors in the area.

On Friday, February 17^th the Texas City location hosted a Tool Show for area contractors. Vendors including Allen Engineering, Whitco, Bosch Power Tools and Husqvarna showcased their newest products with hands-on demonstrations.

CMC employees at the branch answered questions, grilled hamburgers, and got to know local contractors and customers in the community and serve as a thank you to current customers. The next tool show will be held at our branch in Rosenberg, Texas on Friday, March 16^th.

Fort Worth Branch Open House

Fort Worth, Texas

On April 13-14, CMC Construction Services in Fort Worth, Texas held a Sales Blitz and Open House to celebrate their move to a new facility. Local contractors and industry affiliates attended the event which featured vendor demos, music and prizes.  Lunch was prepared and served by Lee Roy Jordan Lumber Company, with a special guest appearance by former Dallas Cowboys linebacker, Lee Roy Jordan.

More than 20 vendors including Bosch Power Tools, Euclid Chemical Company and L.M. Scofield displayed products and conducted demonstrations for customers.

The event wrapped up with a Riding Trowel Rodeo.  Russell Frank (22) and Mike Stanchak from Allen Engineering organized the rodeo for local concrete finishers to compete for prizes. Six competitors took two turns through a cones course and trophies were awarded for the top (3) fastest times.
