Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center

Lafayette, Louisiana

In Lafayette, LA, construction has started on Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center. The joint venture of The Lemoine Co. of Lafayette, Louisiana and Brasfield & Gorrie of Birmingham, Alabama is fast-tracked and crews have already installed site utilities, entrances, roads and parking areas.

The 396,000 sq ft. medical center is being constructed with structural steel.  MevaLite is being used on the concrete portions of the project.

Pat Sompol, from our Baton Rouge office, did the engineering for the job. CRP accessories used on the job include waterproofing, vapor barrier, Kurez DR, waterstop and Shep 1107 Premium Grout.

Rena Sanders and Steve Wilson have both worked closely with Lemoine Co. to keep the target completion date of summer 2011 on schedule and within budget.
